The hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was very convenient for checking emails and staying connected. the location was great as it was close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. the room was clean and included toiletries like shampoo and soap, which saved us packing space.
The room lacked proper maintenance, as the air conditioner made a lot of noise and kept us up at night. the staff was not very friendly or helpful when we complained about it.

The only thing we liked was the location the motel was in. Nothing to do with the hotel.
Rubbish outside in barrels overflowing. Hot water shut off under sink. Voice on TV would fade out, which was extremely annoying. Cigarette butts on patio entrance. Ants in room. Overpriced!!!!! Will never stay there again.

the venue was situated within walking distance some of my favorite tourist spots, like monkey trunks. the rooms met the purpose. no complains at all considering fantastic prices.
Absolutely nothing.

Great location close to Aquaboggan Water Park and Monkey Trunks. It's a short distance from all the attractions. We were pleased with our choice of staying here. The room perfectly suited our needs. 🌟

The air conditioner made all of us so we couldn't breath. The toilet didn't flush well and the drain in the tub didn't drain, and there was not much hot water. I am glad that we brought our own shampoo and soap because what was in the room was way too small.I wasn't happy with the amount of ice that we got and it would of been better if there was an ice machine so customers could of gotten ice at anytime. The pool looked very dirty .

Proximity to Pine Point and Maine Turnpike.
Oder in room, no clock and early construction.

The motel is conveniently located near the AquaBoggin water park and a drive-in theater, providing entertainment options. the room beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. the motel offers a pool, perfect for a refreshing swim during the summer months.
The cleanliness of the rooms fell short of expectations, with threadworn furnishings and a lack of proper maintenance.

Rooms are very out dated. TV was resting on a small night stanÐ Went to the office for ice and was handed a small bag of cubes equivilant to a household tray of ice.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to restaurants and shops. , the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing.
Our stay was ruined by the smell of smoke in the room. It was so overpowering that it almost made us sick.

Hotel employees were friendly and helpful, and upgraded the room for free. Pool on grounds was clean and always accessible. Accommodations were pleasant and appropriate for the price - no frills, just basics. 5 minutes from Old Orchard Beach by car and close to food, amusement parks/water parks, ice cream shops and a drive-in movie theatre.

I thought the sign at the desk asking that you not ask for directions was very unwelcoming. Very bad. Customer Service should always come first. Smoking should not be allowed at all or at least 25 feet away from the front doors of the rooms.

Proximity to where we were attending a wedding. Staff was friendly when we called to ask for directions after we made a detour.
For the $129 /night price, it was not what I expected. Moldy shower, small/thin towels, very noisy fan in the bathroom, thin walls, stained sheets, no access to ice. Had to request small baggies of ice from the front desk, and that was limited. Good for a quick place to spend the night if you're not expecting any amenities, but overpriced at $129/night.

Location/rate compared to staying on the beach
The pool was horrible, the room was ok, nothing great. The price was high for the room!

Proximity to Old Orchard Beach, but out of the crowd and noise.
Rooms could use updating. Pool area, too. Everything looks old.
